"Menka's Kitchen has been serving homemade breakfast and lunch for 45 years! (And yes, they have butter in a bowl on the table). First, they are Cash Only. (Keeping prices low by avoiding credit card fees). Split Pea Soup - thick and creamy, not too salty. Good stuff. Hash Browns - homemade and cooked all the way through. Veal Cutlet - classic oval piece of breaded, ground veal. Smothered with brown gravy. Veal Parmesan - classic oval piece of breaded, ground veal. Served with pasta and tomato sauce. Tangy with well cooked pasta. Tossed Salad - fresh with homemade Ranch dressing. I know one of the reviews said they didn't have butter, but there was an entire bowl of it on each table. Service was super attentive; my coffee never got below a half cup. All around a great experience. Highly Recommend."

"Everything was really good! The only complaint is that it was quite stuffy and warm. It could've been a little more comfortable while we enjoyed eating the delicious food."
